The Carroll Crew: Spring Break on the Beach!

My family spent Spring Break in Navarre Beach, Florida!! We had such a GREAT time relaxing and playing on the beach! I actually took off 11 straight days! (which is something I have NEVER done before!) Of course, I took boo-hoodles of pictures, so here it goes!

Day 1: (Wednesday)

She was too cute! She would only put 1 little finger in the sand! Never once tried to eat it either!

Wednesday afternoon we went to Destin to see "The Lorax"! Such a GREAT movie!! Then we went to Fudpucker's to eat some yummy seafood!

Thomas was amazed by the alligators! He even got to hold one!

Day 2: (Thursday)

Madi's first time in a swimming pool! I knew she would LOVE it because she splashes everywhere in the tub and squeals the whole time she's taking a bath!

She kept splashing with her hands and kicking her legs in and out! I think she could have swam if we'd have let go!

We took Madi's blow-up pool and set it under the tent, and she was completely satisfied!

We ate some delicious crab legs at The Crab Trap in Fort Walton and then went to Destin for some fun at the Track!

Anna Claire's parents (Nanna and Granddad) were also staying in Destin, so they met us at the Track!

Day 3: (Friday)

Terri, Malcomb, Fayth, and Ryan bought a new motorhome, and so they came down to Navarre too! Friday Emma and I went over to the RV park and hung out with them for a few hours!

Thursday night we met Chase, Anna Claire, and Thomas at Pompano Joe's (they had been shopping the outlets all day) and then we all went back to the outlets for a little shopping!

Day 4: (Saturday)

We spent Saturday playing at the pool, even though it was really cloudy! Then, we all got dressed for those famous beach pictures that can not be taken until the last night (according to my brother)! It was very difficult to get all the kids smiling and shaded from the sun, but I think we got some really cute ones! Then we went to eat (again) at Floyd's in Fort Walton...because that's what you do at the beach...or at least that's what we do! (And yes, I gained 4 pounds on vacation because I couldn't get enough of that delicious seafood!!)
