My sweet baby is 1 and 1/2!!! She is growing up so much! She is starting to say many more words and climbs everywhere! Some of her favorite words are: Momma, DaDa, Emi (for Emma), PaPa, LoLa (instead of LoLo), baaallll, Nick (what she's started calling DaDa), Milk (or BaBa), Baby, Blue, Purple, Minnie. She can now point to all of her body parts (nose, mouth, eyes, ears, hair, fingers, piggies (toes), belly button) and loves to do the motions to her favorite songs (Wheels on the Bus, This Little Light of Mine, Patty Cake, and If you're Happy and You Know It)! She is now showing a greater interest in looking at books and putting puzzles together! At her 18 month check-up, Madi weighed 27.88 pounds and was 33.5 inches tall! (overall 90-95th percentile!) Emma thought we should dress up for such a special occasion!

Madi is now insisting that you take off her clothes and let her sit on the potty! (Of course, she hasn't actually done anything in the potty!) But, she is starting to show some interest, so we are going to start Pull-Ups this Spring!
